HPS EngageTracker acts as a data processor for website analytics data. Website owners (our customers) act as data controllers.

If you are a visitor to a website that uses HPS EngageTracker and wish to request deletion of your data, you must contact the website owner directly.

We will assist our customers in fulfilling lawful deletion requests as required under applicable data protection laws.

4. Social Login / API Data (Meta, X, Google, etc.)

If you have authenticated using a third-party service (such as Facebook, X, or Google), you may:

  • Remove HPS EngageTracker access within your third-party account settings
  • Request deletion of associated data by contacting us

Upon verified request, we will delete associated account data in accordance with applicable laws and our retention policies.

5. Data Retention Timeline

After a verified deletion request:

  • Account data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Backup systems may retain encrypted copies for up to 30 additional days.
